Dear Susie, Leila, Missy, and Kim, Where to begin? Joe met Yalcin at age 14 and they have been through thick and thin together since that time. Few people can savor 65 years of close friendship. We remember him as a gentle, kind and giving soul. Even during his own illness, he would call Joe to encourage him during the hard days when Joe was receiving chemotherapy. But that was Yalcin, very caring and giving, a loyal friend.
He adored you, his daughters . You were the light of his life.
We miss him and think of him daily and consider ourselves blessed to have known him.

Our sympathies for losing your dad much too soon. He was a great dad and a wonderful man and even though we didn't know him well, he will be forever in our hearts for helping us when we so desperately needed answers.
