I knew Mr. Andrews for 26 years from the time I started my real career at TTI. The first time I saw him was in TTI’s data center during a system disaster. Later that day he sent out a memo asking all Dept Heads not to go into the data center during a disaster!! My respect for him as a person and for his humility started that day! I met him and saw him several times after that, be it on the patio or during a Mouser/TTI sponsored race, he always treated everyone with extreme attention and never made anyone feel different. He instilled these and other characteristics in many us in a subliminal way. Paul built a legendary company of great people that believed in doing the right thing and continuing to be a preferred place for many careers and then a preferred place for electronic components! His love for both his family and his family at TTI was profound and could always be felt. He has left a legacy that will continue forever both in the company he built, and in the hearts, he touched! Our thoughts and prayers for Judy, Chris, Emily and Jennifer. Rest in Peace Sir.

I had the honor of meeting Paul Andrews when I visited NDC in 2015. I was so excited that I did not really dared to talk to him when Kevin introduced me to him along the walkway. However, I will always remember the sentence which he told me and which will always be my life & work principle - "always do the correct thing".
Thank you for building this wonderful company TTI and we will continue your legacy for years to come.
I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing and working with Paul for 45 years. My hero in the electronics business was my father Eddie Aymond, and the person in the industry he admired the most and liked the best was Paul. The Aymond family is proud of our association with Paul and TTI. I look forward to the Celebration of Paul's Life sometime in the future so I can share stories with so many who knew him, admired him and loved him. May the Andrews family find comfort in knowing how much so many are grieving with you.
I will always be sorry I never got to meet Mr. Andrews in person. We shared some emails over the years and I was so delighted that he took time out of his day to write to me. His kindness and wit will remain with me always. I'm so proud to be one of his 7000, but I've never felt like just one of a larger number. This great company that Mr. Andrews built is a true example of the family culture that is so missing in our world today. Rest in Peace, kind sir. Many blessings and prayers to all of his family. I will never forget the dinner I was blessed to share sitting next to him at Electronica 2018. Talking to him over dinner gave me the opportunity to see and experience with my eyes that he was an extraordinary person.
Thou still very “down-to-earth”. A good leader, an incredible human being.
I watched Paul's speech in acceptance of the ERA Lifetime Achievement award today. I believe it was his best ever and a fitting farewell to all of us it has become.
We will all miss Mr. Andrews. May God bless Mrs. Judy, Chris, Emily, Jennifer and all the family.
