There are no words to tell you how special your Mother, (my "Big Sister) was to me. Bill and I loved her dearly and so did Aaron and Dustin. We are so thankful that the three of you were there for her when she needed you most and we'er very proud of each of you. We all ready miss her but cherish each memory we have of Marilyn. We love you and your families and pray that the knowledge of God's amazing grace and His promise of etenal life to those who trust in Him (as Marilyn did) will comfort you. Love-Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Bill
Sad news....I remember Marilyn as my older cousin from my earliest years at Five Points in Beaver County. She taught me to pick strawberries in her father's fields, and would stay over to help my mother with us younger ones at times. She grew up to be a vivacious, independent and joyful woman. My prayers to 'the twins,' both sets of them. She will be missed.
Sister - Janice Hallisey writes: The Photo Gallery portrays exactly what made Marilyn happy and that was to be surrounded by family - she was first there, had the most fun and last to leave - but not without touching each and everyone while there. Her smile was infectious, her laugh was genuine and usually loud but her presence was felt by all. I always believed she could give Marilyn Monroe a run for her money and fame - she was truly beautiful inside and out. Oh, look out in heaven - things are going to be different up there and we are happy that she is in a place with comfort, memories, blessings and the true joy of being with her God. She has left a void in our hearts. Marilyn was always the center of the Five Mann Girls. I am only one of her four sisters who will miss her With love in my heart. Aunt Janice
Dear Sweet Mother: I miss you so already. Life feels different without you. You inspired me with your bright spirit and kind soul. You have always been my best friend and your life has been full and fun. I promise to continue to make you proud of the kind of person I am and I promise to live each moment with gratitude. A friend told me "a mother's hug lasts long after she lets go" so I feel your hugs and see you smile in my dreams.
