Very often we never know the impact we have on people’s lives. It is sad when those that have had an impact on our lives pass before we can show them what they set in motion by a seemingly small act. This is the case with Donna Marie Zunker Bauman. I met Donna when she was dating Ken Bauman in high school. I met Ken through another friend Alan Autio a friend of my best friend Richard Bauman, so in a way Richard started this whole ball rolling. Had this chain of events never happened the new band "Keeping Harvey Company" would not be working to cut a demo CD. Donna was the person that introduced me to the girl who would later become my wife and mother of our child Tammy. Tammy’s daughters Mae and Jacee along with others form the band "Keeping Harvey Company". Donna’s simple act of that introduction set in motion many things over many decades; I wish I would have had the opportunity to lay this chain of events before her. I must now be satisfied with passing this onto her husband and children thanking them for her kindness. If ever you look at your life and think you have accomplished nothing just look at how you have helped your friends in small ways that turn out to have bigger impact in the future. Everything we do to or for someone will affect them, those around them and future generations in ways we may never know. That is why it is so important to follow the golden rule and do unto others as we would have them do unto us. Love for love, Love for hurt doing all in love forgiving all things. Donna will be missed. Donna will be remembered with fondness until that glorious day when we will be reunited. God bless you Ken, James, Shawn, Jamie and all your families.
