Dale is the most honorable man I have ever known. I say "is" because he lives on in heaven where we will meet again. I can hardly fathom that he's really gone and it will be difficult to spend my remaining time on earth without him. Never judgmental, he was quick with a warm bear hug and a kind word. Thankfully I was never on the receiving end of his laser beams..lol..tho se intent blue eyes of his that flashed when he was angry which wasn't often. Super bright he enjoyed idle chit chat and being goofy as well as deep philosophical conversations. Unlike Bobbi he never cheated at cards *smirk* but shared her stubborn, competitive streak when it came to playing games. Loebsie had an enviable lush head of hair til the end damn him and a southern drawl that he would deepen to drive Bobbi crazy. LOL A true southern gentleman I would have gravitated to him even if we didn't share a plethora of common loves - of 70's and 80's rock, football, history (especially U.S.), movies, yummy food and snacks, and being softies for kids and animals (we both feared Reeree..LOL.) I owe you a lasagna when I join you in heaven Dale. Til then say hello to Ma, Welo and Wela and Kilo and enjoy your Dad. Love you and miss you already. XOXO Sue
