Charlie, I will miss you greatly. We had some wonderful times together, especially playing Keno at Sunnybrook. Because of our kids we became friends. That friendship lasted for 21 years and I will never forget you. Peace be with you, brother.
Charlie was both a customer in my store and a close friend. He will be missed by many. My sympathy to his family. Ed Moone, Sunnybrook Farms, East Greenwich
I am SO SORRY to Hear of Charlie's Passing . My thoughts and Prayers are with Him and His Family during this difficult time. It is because of Charlie that I got into Kayaking . . . . All though he always teased me about being a BIG CHICKEN about using my Kayak at Night to catch Stripers !! And YES !!! He Caught HUMONGOUS Stripers and that Passion Showed !!!
I will always remember the Story that he told me about being off Jamestown and taking Pictures of the Great White Shark trying to eat the Bluefish head while he was teasing it!! Or The Whale that came up on one side of him and went under his Kayak , Blacking out his fish finder , and came up on the other side . We enjoyed Kayaking out in front of Goddard Park and Ocean Point on several occasions .And when I am at those Places , I will Remember him .
Charlie was a Kind and Gentle man who had patience for me as a Newbie to the sport . And I will FOREVER be Grateful to him and will always carry him in my Heart .
God Bless You Charlie ! May You always Have Calm winds and Calm Seas as You Continue Your Passion !!!!!
