José was a great man with a kind heart who showed us all what was possible in bringing great food, good friends, and opportunity to the Colonial City. He is a true friend and a great loss for many. In addition to our weekly visits, we celebrated many of our special occasions with him and his team at Naca'n - we were welcomed with open arms every time. He will be truly missed and has left a tremendous impact on all those who met him.
