Ketchem, William R., 81, husband of the late Patricia A. (Oliver), died Jan. 14, 2013.  Born in Bicknell, Indiana, he was the son of the late Solomon and Anna J. (Taylor) Ketchem.  Mr. Ketchem was a Maintenance Engineer and had worked at the RI Veterans Medical Center for many years.  He was a Korean War Army Veteran and also served his country in the US Navy.  Mr. Ketchem leaves his children;William, Carol, Suzanne and Daniel Ketchem and a granddaughter, Rhiannon Ketchem.  A private funeral and burial, with Military Honors, will be held at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI. Arrangements by the J.H. WILLIAMS & CO. FUNERAL HOME, 210 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI.
