T O N I   B E R T O L E T   H E N T H O R N , 50, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012 as the result of a tragic accident while hiking in Estes Park,CO.

She was born on January 10, 1962 to Bob and Yvonne Bertolet in Jackson, MS.  She was a faithful Christian, loving wife, devoted mother, thoughtful daughter and sister, and an incredibly skilled physician.  She was married to Harold Henthorn on September 30, 2000, and has one beautiful daughter – Haley, age 7.

Toni graduated with honors from Trinity High School in Natchez, MS, and magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi Medical school in 1988.  She was a partner in the firm of Associates in Eyecare, in Denver as an ophthalmologist, where she conducted cataract, Lasik and facial cosmetic surgery.  She was awarded a place in America's Top Ophthalmologists by the Consumer Research Council in 2006.  

Toni attended and taught Sunday school with her husband at Cherry Hills Community Church.  She was an accomplished pianist and had a beautiful voice singing in several church choirs.  She shared her faith in Christ through her insightful contributions to GotQuestions.org on a regular basis.  Harold, Toni & Haley also enjoyed travel, hiking, snowshoeing and golfing.

Toni is survived by her husband, Harold and her daughter, Haley of Littleton, CO; her parents, Bob and Yvonne Bertolet of Ridgeland, MS; and her two brothers, Barry (Paula) of Tupelo, MS and Todd (Rhonda) Bertolet of Ridgeland, MS.

MEMORIAL SERVICES will be held:

     Friday, October 19, 2012 at 1pm
     Jackson First Baptist Church
     431 North State St., Jackson, MS 39201

     Thursday, October 4, 2012
     Cherry Hills Community Church in the Chapel
