Memorial Biography

Richard was born to Ara Estella and Benajmin Anderson on September 29, 1924 in Rayville, Louisiana. Richard attended grade school there and accepted Christ at the early age of 7 at the Rayville COGIC. Richard later married Opal Louise Redmon
