No general video uploads currently showing up

I tried to play any tribute video, but currently there are no videos showing up. That is very sad. I wish you could take down the "Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported" notice that blocked every general video upload that I can't see. Can you please solve the general video upload problems for me, so I can eventually see the memorial videos being shown on remembered.com with the Adobe Flash? Thank you.
