As I reflect upon my mother’s life, she will be remembered as a supportive, selfless, strong, frugal, caring and loving person to her family. She devoted herself entirely to her children and husband. No one shows the kind of unconditional love that my mom displayed for us. Despite of the tough journey in her life, her wisdom, strength, hard work and perseverance made her through all the difficulties. Although she did not get a chance to receive education, she was full of wisdom. She taught her children that through education and hard work, a life can be transformed and goals can be reached. Aside from all the treasured memories that my mom left behind, she also left behind a legacy of teaching her children what is most important in life – strength, perseverance, hard work, wisdom, care and love. Though my mom is no longer with us, she will never be forgotten. Her memory and legacy will live on in our hearts and minds. I love you always, Mom.
