I am saddened to hear of Nick's passing. I taught with Sandy at BCS, and enjoyed getting to know Nick on numerous occasions. I remember him as a friendly, encouraging man and know he was an incredibly supportive, loving husband to Sandy. I know he is rejoicing with his Savior now, but know he will be greatly missed by you all. Our prayers are with you.
Warmly, Meribah Reitz

Nick and sandy sileo went to our church and sandy taught my children 3rd grade at Berks Christian . Nick always had a smile, and was a loving, supportive husband to sandy in good times and bad...... We were sad to hear he got sick, and even sadder to hear that sickness took him.
Sending love and prayers to all his famy and friends :-)

Nick was my friend and teammate in high school. We reconnected last summer after 40 years and a lot of water under the bridge. He and Diane shared a memorable evening with my wife Gail and me, remembering days at Northern High, John Estright, our wrestling coach, the trials and tribulations of business but most of all his proud descriptions of sons and daughters in law and grandchildren. I always remember him a a man of integrity, kindness and faithfulness.

His happiness with Diane was bursting forth on both their faces.

We will miss him.

We met Nick a few years ago when he started dating DIane. We immediately liked him and knew he was a good match for her. He really changed her life and made her happier than she had been in years. We will definitely miss him. Had planned to do more with them when we retired but never got the chance. RIP Nick.

I will miss Nick terribly. He was one of those guys that you could have a friendly argument with and even though you may not come to agreement, you knew that you would still be friends because the friendship meant more than any differences of opinions. We loved to discuss our different world views and we would always end up laughing! He was a great brother-in-law, uncle, father, husband, son and brother. Such a great care giver! It was nice to know Diane and to have her so gladly accept the role of caregiver for him in these last few months. Condolences to everyone who knew and will now miss Nick.

Nick was a charter member of a very exclusive club. It was the "Lloyd and Kathryn don't think any of you are nearly good enough for their daughters" Club. Bob Owen and I are now the only surviving members. RIP Nick. You are a good man and a great father and an outstanding husband. I am proud to have known you. Denny Dwyer
