I had the pleasure of working with Arshad for 3+ years on the payroll project. It was often a difficult time, trying to get everything done, and he was always there, to ensure things went well. His comments, laughter and cheerful personality are greatly missed here.
One specific thing about Arshad was that he was always smiling. No matter the time, the day or the circumstances he was always pleasant. I've worked with him on only one project but saw him all the time around the office. He was always friendly and open to good conversation. I will miss him and I'm sure the colleagues who worked more closely with him will miss him even more. I pray that his family remain strong despite their great loss.

I have known Arshad for almost an year and I can certainly say that he was a charismatic leader and encouraging/supportive mentor. He always lead by example that helped me grow into my potential. For the past one year, my day started with his warm greetings during our early morning QE sync up calls. He always had positive attitude towards life and taught the team members to treat life positively. He was always open minded and encouraged the team members to freely express their opinions, and guide them in their career path. His attitude towards life is commendable and I still remember how excited he was for his upcoming year end vacation. He shared many real life lessons/experiences with me that has key takeaways. I honestly feel lucky that I got the opportunity to work with him who inspired me everyday. I truly miss him.

I only knew Arshad for less than 2 months. As my co-worker Arshad was very welcoming and gave me lot of encouragement in my introductions. He will be missed.

I will always remember Arshad's kindness. Even in the most stressful situations, Arshad always took a minute to ask you how you were doing. He was always cheerful and he will be missed.

Arshad was always calm, always cheerful. I will miss him often. His passing was too soon and a loss to us all, but especially to Arshad's family. I wish there was something I could say to ease your pain.
Whenever I saw Arshad, he always had a big smile. That is what I remember most of him. He is always happy, calm and very pleasant to interact with. It was very nice working with him and we will miss him.

Arshad frequently shared his personal stories and I recall how excited he was when his daughter was getting married. He was a proud father and we shared many "Dad" stories and the challenges of raising a family. As a Manager, Arshad was very involved with his team and was always looking for ways to provide leadership opportunities to help them grow. He was selfless and a genuinely nice person who was always looking out for others. He will be missed.
On my first month at TriNet, I traveled to Bradenton and met with Arshad to understand more about his area of work. I will always appreciate his patience, helpfulness, and making me feel welcome during that meeting and on my first few months at work. An all around nice person, he will be very missed.
Arshad interviewed me in September 2015 to join his QE team. He struck me as a very positive person. I did not get the chance to really get to know him. But every week that he would drive to the Bradenton office, he made a point to stop by my desk to say good morning. He always left me with a positive thought or some general advise on life.
His bright and cheery nature will be and is already missed.
