Raymond Belcher was born to Harry and Barbara Belcher. He was the oldest of four. He was raised catholic. Took to the party side a lil to hard at times. But always loved his family. He was the father of 2 twins who he raised and one son. He was a strong, caring, loving soul. There was a light in him like no other. He loved to fish or jus be by the ocean. He died to young . but he loved his familybut remembered by many.
