Memorial Biography

Joseph peacefully passed on May 10, 2018 at the age of 74. Joe is survived by his wife: Chris, daughters, Kelly and Erika (Mike), grandchildren Lily and Luca, and brother Tom (Peggy). Joe was born in Detroit, MI to Lester and Lois Brastrom. Joe was a proud paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday May 14, 2018 at St. Irenaeus at 10:00 am, 771 Old Perch Rd, Rochester Hills. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Leader Dogs for the Blind or Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
