Light a Candle
Mom was born in Ketchikan,Alaska to Joseph Riederer and Freda Nystrom Riederer. She was the second child of four kids. My Aunt Jean ( she was 7 years older than Mom), then my Mom ( she went by Joyce), then My Uncle Nick ( he was four years younger than mom),,,then my Aunt Joelle was born 8 years later! Both of Grandparents were from Minninsota. Grandpa talked my Grandma into moving to Alaska for just 3 years. They left Minn in 1925, mom was born and then the depression hit America and My Grandparents never made it back to Minn to live. My Grandfather loved Alaska!!!
