Martha Parnell Sandefur, 73, of Lexington, NC went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 oat 4:09 am at the Hinkle House Hospice of Davidson County.
Martha was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her loving husband William Sandefur, her father Weldon Parnell Sr, her mother Helen Collins, Step father Edward Collins, her brother Thomas Parnell, sister-in-laws Janie Parnell and Jean Parnell. She is survive by her brothers Weldon (Don) Parnell Jr of Lexington, NC and James Parnell of FL, her son’s William (Wayne) Britt (Kimberly Britt) of Lexington, NC, Timothy Britt (Tina Britt) of Citra, FL, and James Randall II (Kelly Randall) of Benson, NC, her daughter Katina Britt of Lexington, NC, 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 nephews, 1 niece and several cousins.
Regional Memorial Cremations is handling the cremation for the family. A memorial service will be held at The Word Of Life Ministries 137Rocky Knoll Circle, Greensboro NC on Friday 6/25/2021 at 5:30 pm. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Hospice of Davidson County and Amedisys Hospice Burlington NC.
